the 4 Wheelers are used in the patrol of areas that have been reported as having trouble with Damage to Property or Damage to Farmlands by Off-Road type vehicles. 4-wheelers can be utilized to patrol areas that the standard patrol vehicle cannot reach.
These units cost the Tax Payers of the county $000.00. One was donated by a local merchant, the other was part of a trade-in on a 4 wheeler that the courts had turned over to the Sheriff's Office and money that was used came from Drug Money that had been confiscated and turned over by the courts
