The Special Enforcement Team is made up of officers from all divisions of the sheriff's office with the exception of Civil and Detention Divisions.

The SET team is responsible for executing high risk search warrants in dangerous situations, apprehending barricaded suspects, negotiating hostage release or any other time that the Sheriff feels the situation requires the expertise and precision timing of this group of highly trained individuals
