patrol division

The Patrol Division bears the responsibility for answering the over 70,000 calls for service that come through the Law Enforcement division of communications annually. 

The Patrol Division also bears the responsibility for all criminal warrant service. Once apprehended this division is responsible for the transport of the individual to the magistrates office for due process and then to the detention center.

The Patrol Division serves the majority of all Domestic Violence Orders and Involuntary Commitment orders issued by the courts.

The Patrol Division members work closely with all other divisions of the Sheriff's Office to achieve overall the goals of the highest level of service to the public in the most cost effective manner.
